Weight gain with longer-term INSTI-based regimens remains unknown. Over 2-years of follow-up in REPRIEVE, INSTI use was associated with weight gain among those on an INSTI entry regimen <2 years [+0.27 (0.22, 0.33) vs. 0.17 (0.12, 0.23) kg/m2/year, p=0.01], but not those on an INSTI regimen >2 years at entry.
